How do I care for my candle?
To get the most out of your candle, ensure you burn it until the wax melts evenly across the surface. This prevents “tunneling,” where the candle creates a hole in the middle. Typically, this will take about 1-2 hours for optimal burn. For the best results, trim the wick to ¼" before each use to help extend the life of your candle.

What is the recommended burning time?
To keep your candle in top shape, avoid burning an 8oz (approx. 226g) candle for more than 4 hours and a 4oz (approx. 113g) candle for more than 3 hours at a time. This helps maximise the burn duration and overall performance of your candle.

How long will my candle last?
On average, our 4oz (approx. 113g) candles burn for 20-25 hours, while our 8oz (approx. 226g) candles provide a burn time of up to 40 hours.

How strong are the scents?
Our 4oz candles are perfect for smaller rooms, such as a bathroom, office, or bedroom. The 8oz candles fill larger spaces, including living rooms and kitchens. As the candle continues to burn, the scent becomes more pronounced, creating an inviting and warm atmosphere.

What kind of fragrances do you use?
We take great care in choosing only the finest fragrance oils that are Phthalate-free and safe for use in products such as lotions and soaps. For more details, learn more about phthalates here.

How far can I burn my candle down?
For safety, we recommend stopping use when the wax reaches about ¾" from the bottom of the container. This prevents the container from getting too hot. Be sure to burn your candle on a heat-resistant surface to protect your space.

What should I do if I need to change or cancel my order?

How long does shipping take?
